     Description:

Ellingham Academy is a private school that accepts students with certain abilities — not the magic kind though! They’re all talented in different ways, whether in engineering, metal work, you name it, they’ve got it! They essentially set up their own curriculum and it seems to be an amazing place. Yet…a kidnapping occurred and was unsolved during the tenure of the man who created the place. Now, Stevie has come to the school hoping to find out what happened all those years ago.

First off, I picked this book up because the title was interesting and the cover is an amazing color.

And I’m so glad I did, because this book made me keep reading and reading and reading…and when I was ten pages from the end and the mystery hadn’t been solved yet I was about ready to tear my hair out!

Oh my goodness! Historical murders, true crime are all up my alley for things I like to read and this young adult book hit on them so well. I thought the writing was amazing, the way the mystery was crafted…it was all very, very good.

And has now left me wanting more. Like, a lot more. I can’t believe the mystery wasn’t solved — I want to know what happens next! Very badly!

But like everyone else, it looks like I’m going to have to wait for the next book to come out, and I know as soon as my library has it, I’m going to be picking it up. And reading it.

Probably all in one night like I did this one.
