So I waffled on what I wanted to rate this book, because while I enjoyed it, I also just didn’t fall in love with it either.

I ended up settling on three stars because while I enjoyed and would definitely recommend it, I felt like something was missing.

I really really loved the concept of this book, the parallel worlds, dreams and nightmares? It was SO intriguing. I think where I felt a bit let down was most of the characters aside from Wren (and maybe Ila). I enjoyed their POVs the most of them all.

I found for the most part the romances in this book lackluster, but what I do love is the bi rep!! And!! It was good bi rep!

The writing and world building was also excellent, it really felt like an established and real world.

I will definitely be reading the next book in the series because I am really curious to find out what happens next.
