I love Ali Hazelwood, her books are just SO comforting to me. And I don't like YA contemporary romances. So when I saw she was coming out with a YA contemporary I was nervous but also excited.
I read this a few years ago, and I honestly didn’t remember much about it. When I started rereading it I vaguely remembered some of the characters, but it was mostly a new experience for me.
This book was atmospheric, spooky and lovely all at the same time. It was a delightful read and the combination of the mystery and paranormal aspect were well done.
