Suffice to say, I enjoyed this book immensely. I think it combines a lot of interesting things together and it breathes a new, different, take into Arthurian Myth from a Black perspective.

The Camelot Betrayal is the sequel to The Guinevere Deception and was one of my most anticipated reads of the year. Much like it’s predecessor this book was a 4 star book for me.

I’d been seeing this book around, and WITCHES so of course I had to request it on NetGalley, because, why not? I think that this book was good, and I am struggling to put my thoughts into words in regards to how I felt about the book.

This was witches done right. This was demons done right. This was the whole package of evil goodness that I love and is my cup of tea.

I will admit I did not read the summary before adding this book to my TBR or my hold list. Instead I was captivated by the title and cover and went WITCHES and thus ends the story of why I added this book.

When I saw the description of this book I was excited. It sounded like one that I would really enjoy. I have a BA in Classics, and so I was truly looking forward to a take on mythology.
