There was nothing actively wrong with this book. I enjoyed it, and I definitely got a few laughs out of it, but it didn't grab me by the throat and make me scream I LOVE THIS BOOK. I love the hilarity of all the accidents and the bad luck Liv had; but at a certain point it just started to fall flat to me, because just how much bad luck could she have?

First off; I still love RW&RB more than anything McQuiston’s written since. Saying that, as their first foray into YA, this book read way more to the adult end. There isn’t anything in here resembling adult content, but it has the feel of an adult book written about teenagers and there is nothing wrong with that.

You know those books that just make you melt? That you can’t help but sigh and say, “oh, I just love this!”? This is one of those books. It was so cutesy and was so sweet that my teeth still hurt thinking about it. Okay I lie, there is a lots of banter and enemies to lovers in this book and it was done so well.

A f/f rom-com with a paranormal element -- and a beautiful story that makes you smile. While I think RWRB is still better, this one is no sluggish second book.

I read this book in one day. I have no regrets because it was absolutely fan-freaking-tastic.

Christina Lauren has been hit and miss for me quite a bit. There are some books of theirs I enjoy more than others, but this book really knocked it out of the park to me. This one was superbly well done and I am still thinking about it days later, so I know it’s a good book when that happens to me. What can I say about this book other than sing its praises? Not much because the experience of reading this book was lovely.
